ITM Series Insertion Turbine Meters:

Cost effective metering for larger lines sizes is the hallmark attribute of our Insertion Turbine Meters. Three series are available; the ITM050: lowest cost , ITM100: feature laden for general services, and the ITM200: highest pressure & temperature ratings for tough applications. All ITM meters can be applied on industrial liquids, gases, and steam using our proven turbine rotor technology. ITM meters provide high turndown ratios, better than 0.5% repeatability, negligible pressure loss, ease of installation, and are all wet calibrated. Pressure and/or temperature sensors can be added for "one tap" parameter measurement. In addition, various electronic readout options are offered covering simple to complex requirements including density compensation, BTU (energy) systems, turndown enhancement, MODBUStm, LonTalktm, and others.

   ITM100 Insertion Turbine Flow Meter

  • "Hot tappable" retractor assembly

  • Line sizes: 1-1/2" to 46"

  • 1-1/2" NPT mount

  • SS/Aluminum or all SS wetted parts

  • Double o-ring seal

  • Optional field replaceable turbine module
